3. FOUND

Little Shiro rarely cries over small things but when some bullies stole his favorite baseball cap, he cried his whole heart thinking it won’t come back.

 After a soft ruffle on his hair moments later, Shiro looked up finding his Ichiro-nii smiling gently at him with small cuts and bruised lips, giving back his cap. Shiro found courage to smile again.

Years had already passed, now when pressure aroused as he waited for the pitch, the same gentle smile outshined throughout the crowd and Shiro knew everything would be alright.

Clank!

It was a hit and they won the game.

4. SOMEONE

Ichiro insisted he’d buy Shiro a graduation gift that day. Passing by a jewelry shop, Shiro wanted the silver dolphin necklace he saw. He turned to Ichiro pointing at it but Ichiro’s attention wasn’t on him anymore.

Shiro would never forget that girl. The one talking now to Ichiro, the same girl Ichiro had crush on before and it pained Shiro.

Shiro bit on his lower lip, guilty for being jealous like this. Who was he anyway? He was just Ichiro’s little brother while she was someone that made his nii-chan happy in ways he couldn’t, or rather he shouldn’t.
