Author’s notes: Fifth part gives you a little bit flashback of how Nino and Ohno met... the sixth part will give you the reason why Nino wanted to leave. But something tells me you already know the reason. Even though it’s bit angst, I kinda like how I have written this. Hope you will too… Comments and criticisms are highly appreciated. Dozou~

5. MY

“Remember, Satoshi. You must protect the Jewel Bearer, even if it cost your life.” That was Ohno’s mission as a ninja assigned to protect the empire’s jewel embodied by a man. Ohno looked at the slim figure far from him who was receiving a ritual from the elders. It was only a mission…

…Until feelings were involved unexpectedly.

“DAMN IT OH-CHAN! WHY!” Nino cried. Rain outside poured angrily as Nino’s tears streamed uncontrollably. 

“I don’t want-… Not this time… Please, let me go.” Nino pleaded, looking straight to Ohno’s eyes.

 “I love you…” that was only the reply Ohno gave.

6. LIFETIME

“Every time we find each other and stay together… you end up leaving me…” Nino whispered suddenly in the silence of cold night, only each other’s heat warming their starkness under the velvet sheets.

“I don’t want to see you die again to protect me… Being w-with you, also means s-separation…” Nino choked with his words as he shed tears. Ohno cupped his cheeks and Nino leaned on the touch. 

“I never left you, Kazu. I’m always here…” 

Ohno placed his hand on Nino’s chest and the younger one followed his every move with his eyes.

“…here in your heart.”

Author's Notes:
Now we all know that Ohno and Nino are both reincarnations with Nino embodying somewhat a magical weapon of the empire and Ohno as his protector... for seventh part and last part, expect a bit fluffy and angst respectively. Next drabble series will be from mina_sweet_chan's prompt with a twist of My Girl characters. Say hello to Ichiro's and Shiro's forbidden love with "When I Found One, I Will Tell You" drabble series.
